I'm in pain yet again! Twisted my left ankle in the toilet and pulled my back.

So I'm semi bed ridden for the next few days.

Just finish a pretty relaxed Saturday evening ride around New Town PJ. Some what of a recovery ride for the long ride I had the night before.
